What are the properties of goat's milk?

Goat's milk is a biologically valuable drink that contains mineral salts of calcium, sodium, potassium and phosphorus. The salts of trace elements: copper, zinc, manganese, titanium, chromium and cobalt, vitamins A, B1, B2, B12, C, D, E and folic acid. The amount of protein is higher than cow's milk, but the important difference lies in their composition, which is probably the reason why some people tolerate goat's milk significantly better than cow's milk. Better digestibility is due to the size and composition of fat capsules that resemble maternal milk.
