Buckwheat drink with dietary fibre
Buckwheat is a one-year plant originating in the colder regions of Asia. It does not tolerate chemicals so it can only be grown on uncontaminated soils. Seeds are also used for flour production.
From the nutritional point of view, the buckwheat is interesting for its balanced amino acid composition, it has 18 of them.
They are an appropriate source of protein for people who are allergic to gluten. Very interesting is the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, it has the largest share of linoleic acid (37-48%) and linolenic acid (1.9-2.8%). It contains dietary fibre, vitamins of group B, vitamin C, E and very important substances routine and choline, minerals, copper, zinc, selenium, manganese and other trace elements.
