Rice fiber
Rice is the most frequently raised plant. Rice bran which is the outer part of the rice grain contains at least 25 % of fiber, proteins, fats, of which 80 % are unsaturated fatty acids, also carbohydrates (mainly starches), high levels of vitamins B, minerals (magnesium) and is rich in antioxidants (flavonoids, carotenoids, gamma-oryzanol).
Rice fiber is suitable for gluten-free diet, of a fine taste, promotes better digestion.
